Pre Project Procedure:
A client identifies a requirement for a Meet installation that is outside the scope of App reseller.
Pixel Global is introduced to client as a specialist AV installer with the skills and experience to deliver Meet installation.
Client confirms following to Pixel Projects:
- Location of installation and contact on site.
- Brief from client on required functionality.
Pixel Global to schedule site survey (physical or remote depending on location and client brief).
Pixel Global to prepare proposal for consideration by client.
Project handover to include
- Project BOM.
- Project scope of works.
- Drawing schematics and room elevations (if applicable).
- Project timelines.
- Project contact details – Pixel and Client.
Project manager to confirm installation dates with client and book into the Pixel engineering diary.
